McAlpin makes personal appearances and lectures all over the U.S. and throughout the world, speaking to individuals travelers, corporations and conventions. Her television appearances include "Oprah" and NBC's "Today Show" and her own “Pack It Up” series on HGTV’s "Smart Solutions." She is also the author of the popular Pack It Up book and video series.
