Member Satisfaction Guarantee. Hertz guarantees that the rate and car class, or a higher car class, will be available as reserved, and the vehicle will be clean and in good mechanical condition. Should a problem exist at the time of vehicle pick-up, customer should notify the Hertz Rental Representative prior to leaving the rental location and it will be corrected. AAA members also receive:

• FREE use of one child seat with every rental
• 50% discount off rental of SIRIUS Satellite Radio
• 25% discount off daily fee for Hertz Neverlost^® in-car navigational system
• No charge for additional drivers who are AAA members, hold a major credit card in their own name and meet standard rental qualifications (additional drivers who are not members are charged a daily fee of up to $15)
• No required Saturday night "keep" to qualify for low weekly rates (leisure and/or promotional weekly rates routinely require that the car be rented over a Saturday night); exceptions may apply on special offers
• No airline ticket required to qualify for low weekly rates on local rentals at most locations
• FREE unlimited mileage on most rentals
• Offers on special AAA-exclusive rates and/or value-added coupons apply periodically throughout the year; exclusive coupons offering upgrades and dollars-off are available for AAA members
• Exclusive promotional offers available in Journey magazine and on AAA.com

Benefit Information for rentals: Advance reservations required for child safety seat, SIRIUS Radio and NeverLost and all are subject to availability. To receive discounts and benefits, AAA members must identify themselves at time of reservation by using either the Hertz CDP identification number 0000260 or the AAA Washington club code 260. Renters must provide proof of membership at time of rental by presenting one of the following: valid AAA membership card; Hertz AAA CDP ID card; AAA Visa or AAA MasterCard. AAA CDP# must appear on the rental agreement to receive discounts and benefits.Some restrictions may apply. Not valid with other discounts. Good at participating locations only. All offers and partners are subject to change without notice. Valid AAA membership card must be presented before making a purchase.
